Here's How It Works

In the event of a breakdown, or in the event of warning lights being illuminated, the customer must not continue to use the vehicle.

Speak to one of our team for help by calling 0330 100 3728 (Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm) or via email motorclaims@assurant.com

Once booked into a garage the repairer will log the claim with Assurant. The Repairing Garage must not proceed with repairs until the request has been authorised by the Administrator.

Step 4

Step 4

Once the claims costs are approved the garage will repair the car and Assurant will pay the claim (Parts, Labour & VAT). Once the repair has been completed, the customer can collect their vehicle.
